    5. The taking of photos, videos, and testimonials in any medium before, during, and after by participants in the activities of events organized \/ managed \/ coordinated by Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V.<\/li>\n
    6. Any purpose analogous or compatible with those described in points 1. to 5. above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Under no circumstances and for no purpose will Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V. <\/span>request sensitive data relating to the personal privacy of “The User”, including, among others, physical conditions, mental conditions, sexual preferences, philosophical or political lines of thought, or religious beliefs.<\/p>\n

      To prevent unauthorized access to the personal data of “The User” and to ensure that the information is used for the purposes established in this PRIVACY NOTICE, Blue Point Management, S. A. de C.
