  5. The taking of photos, videos, and testimonials in any medium before, during, and after by participants in the activities of events organized / managed / coordinated by Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V.
  6. Any purpose analogous or compatible with those described in points 1. to 5. above.

Under no circumstances and for no purpose will Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V. request sensitive data relating to the personal privacy of “The User”, including, among others, physical conditions, mental conditions, sexual preferences, philosophical or political lines of thought, or religious beliefs.

To prevent unauthorized access to the personal data of “The User” and to ensure that the information is used for the purposes established in this PRIVACY NOTICE, Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V. has designated a person responsible for the safekeeping and custody of personal data and has established various procedures to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of such data to ensure it is processed in accordance with applicable and current regulations.

“The User” must expressly grant their consent for Blue Point Management, S. A. de C. V. to transfer their personal data to third parties to be processed for the purposes indicated in this PRIVACY NOTICE.

All personal data of “The User” is processed in accordance with the applicable and current regulations in Mexico; you shall have the right at all times and for legitimate reasons to object to the processing of your data, as well as to exercise the rights (ARCO) to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing that Blue Point Management, S.
